Our pricing is based on actual system usage, not per-employee fees. We charge a minimum amount including so many respondents and then a per-respondent fee after.  If usage exceeds your minimum, you’ll be charged per user unless you upgrade to a higher tier. That said, we are confident that A) our pricing including usage is  VERY competitive with other solutions, and B) exceeding your minimum is a GOOD thing because it means more engagement with your employees which has been shown to drive both more benefits participation and greater employee satisfaction with those benefits choices.

Yes, we offer enterprise pricing for brokers or carriers managing multiple clients. This model bundles multiple organizations and spreads usage across them.

How do we monitor our usage? Do you offer reporting?
